Fleet Programme
A commercial lease, operated end to end.
Under the Fleet Programme you are the Lessor — you own and finance the vehicle and lease it to Ride91. As Lessee, Ride91 deploys, operates and maintains it across its commercial network. It is a commercial vehicle lease, not an investment, deposit, or securities product.

You own the vehicle
As the Lessor, the vehicle is acquired, financed and registered in your name, and remains yours throughout the lease term.

Ride91 leases & operates it
As Lessee, Ride91 deploys, insures, maintains and runs the vehicle, and pays a Fixed Monthly Lease Component under the Lease Agreement.

End-of-Term Vehicle Transfer
At the end of the lease term, ownership transfers to Ride91 under a separate Buyback Agreement for an agreed residual value.
